Set your root key
Export the key in the shell you start Claude Code from, or add it to your shell profile.
Add the server
${UNKEY_ROOT_KEY} as written and reads the variable each time it connects, so the key isn’t stored in its config.To add the Compute server instead, use its URL:--scope user to use it in every project, or --scope project to save it to .mcp.json so your team gets it too. Each person then sets UNKEY_ROOT_KEY to their own key.
